Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Process customers order and inform internal production team

• Regular update to customer on shipping delays or delivery changes

• Liaise and arrange out-going shipments with transporter

• Provide weekly forecast for following week shipment to transporter

• Coordinate and arrange customer safety training for the drivers

• Generate tax invoice and delivery order using Microsoft Excel

• Attend to customer\'s enquires and assist in follow up

• Daily updating of internal sales database

• Coordinate and arrange the return of empty packaging

• Keep track of production filling plan and physical inventory

• Provide weekly upcoming delivery summary to internal team

• Month end closing

• Monthly compilation and submission of export shipment to accounts

• Quarterly GST report submission

• Keep track of payment status and follow up on late payment

• Weekly reporting of inventory status to customer

• Bi-weekly submission of custom permit report to Singapore Custom

Requirements:

• Min \'O\' level, sales or office administrative background preferred

• No experience but with good attitude will be considered

• Proficient in MS Office
