Job Responsibilities:

• Fulfil clients\' order when purchase orders are received.
• Support Sales team by coordinating and servicing current and prospective clients.
• Process sales orders and administrative transactions while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Negotiate with forwarders on shipments delivery to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Coordinate with Forwarders on goods shipment with most competitive freight cost.
• Handling client\'s shipment and preparation of shipping documents.
• Co-ordinate with 3PL on shipments arrangement for delivery to clients and ensuring sales orders are delivered on time and according to contract terms and conditions.
