Role OverviewAs a Recruitment Consultant, you\'ll be at the forefront of our talent acquisition efforts, leading the full 360 recruitment cycle. This dynamic role offers you the chance to develop your business acumen, strengthen client relationships, and make a lasting impact on both clients and candidates.Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment cycle from client acquisition to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
• Business Development: Identify and secure new clients, contributing to the growth and success of our company.
• Client-Centered Approach: Partner closely with clients to understand their unique hiring needs, and match them with top candidates who can drive their business forward.
• Interview & Selection Process: Conduct interviews, assess candidates\' potential, and recommend the most qualified profiles to our clients.
• Interview Coordination: Arrange and coordinate interviews, managing all logistics for a smooth and professional experience.
• Sales & Growth Targets: Align with the company\'s growth plan and meet monthly targets, all while building lasting partnerships with clients and candidates.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Minimum of a diploma in any field.
• Self-Starter Attitude: A proactive and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability & Multitasking: Skilled at managing multiple priorities and keeping client and candidate needs at the forefront.
• Professional Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally and confidently with clients and candidates daily.
• Team-Oriented Mindset: A collaborative team player who can also work independently to achieve set goals.
