Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced

Senior Tax Manager

to lead and manage a broad range of tax functions. The ideal candidate will be Malaysia-based with strong expertise in

MY tax

and/or

Singapore tax

, and must be an all-rounder in handling

Corporate Tax, Direct & Indirect Tax, and Advisory services

. This role requires a strong leader with proven technical expertise, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

------------------------

Develop and implement tax strategies aligned with the organisation's strategic direction. Manage and service a portfolio of multinational and local clients, ensuring high-quality delivery. Oversee the full client engagement cycle from proposal to execution ("cradle to grave" process). Conduct high-level reviews and provide value-added input on tax matters. Advise clients on compliance issues and identify opportunities for business expansion. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely, professional follow-up. Provide leadership, training, and guidance to team members while ensuring performance excellence.

Requirements

----------------

Minimum

6 years of professional tax experience

(MY and/or SG). Proven track record in servicing international and multinational clients. Strong knowledge of

IFRS

and local business compliance rules. Excellent client service orientation with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Skilled in negotiation, presentations and stakeholder management. Ability to work independently and under pressure, with strong leadership and multitasking skills.

What We Offer

Salary Package:

Up to

MYR 15,000/month

(depending on experience & suitability)

Allowances up to MYR 300

Performance Bonus / Increment

based on sales and revenue contributions
