Job Summary

Responsible for providing technical support on ATR42 and ATR72 aircraft structures and systems across the Asia-Pacific region from the Singapore Support Office.

Job Responsibilities

Deliver accurate and timely technical support to ensure customer satisfaction. Respond to technical queries related to aircraft structures and systems (Avionics, Electrical, Propulsion, Hydromechanical, Cabin, etc.). Provide structural repair and system troubleshooting support to operators. Prepare and issue approved technical documents under Part 21J delegation. Coordinate with ATR headquarters in France to resolve in-service issues and recommend product improvements. Investigate and follow up on technical problems reported by operators, contributing to documentation updates and improvements. Participate in AOG (Aircraft On Ground) standby duties on rotation during weekends and public holidays. Offer on-site or remote technical assistance and training to airline maintenance teams as required.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Structural, Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent). At least 10 years of aviation engineering or maintenance experience, preferably with ATR aircraft. Strong knowledge in aircraft structures, repairs (metallic and composite materials), and familiarity with NDT methods. Good understanding of aircraft systems, regulations (EASA/FAA), and hands-on experience with engineering tools, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
