Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of unified communications and network projects.
• Take charge of the design, development, implementation, testing, and documentation completion for unified communication and network projects, with a primary focus on Cisco Network and Unified Collaboration Solutions.
• Collect technical requirements, create low-level designs, implement plans, and formulate user acceptance plans for clients.
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and principals to ensure successful project delivery.
• Assume project management responsibilities, including the preparation of work breakdown structures (WBS), issue management lists, meeting minutes, and other related tasks.

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 10 years of IT experience, specializing in Network and Unified Communication solutions.
• Demonstrate a thorough comprehension of Cisco Voice network deployment models and a working knowledge of voice network devices.
• Exhibit a clear understanding of VOIP protocols such as SIP, H.323, and MGCP.
• Showcase proficiency in Telecom infrastructure protocols like SIP, ISDN, and analogue trunks.
• Bring knowledge and experience in Cisco routing and switching products and networking.
• Display strong business acumen, with a keen interest in staying updated on current technologies.
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Showcase solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Preferably hold a CCIE Collaboration certification (Minimum CCNP required).
