About the Role: As a Social Media Manager, you're tasked to bring life to our brand's social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram through catchy captions and content. You will be responsible for building innovative strategies and creative themes and materials that would help build communities and engagement as well as directing other members of the team in delivering the required objectives.Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution
• Use tools such as Google Analytics and Creator Studio to successfully monitor social media channels and provide detailed metrics on social media campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
• Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
• SEO, Google Ad, Social Ad, Social organic posting, Youtube Optimisation, and landing page design
• Email campaign writing knowledge
• Know how to cross compare campaign data and a/b test
• Know how to get online results

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3 - 5 years of digital marketing experience with a solid understanding of online advertising, search marketing, and analytics
• Proficiency with Microsoft office, specifically Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and other analytics programs
• Excellent inter-personal, negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to operate in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per monthBenefits:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
