Responsibilities:

• Responsible for compute areas incl. infra. servers, cloud instances, cloud landing zone, applications, storage, manage data center activity.
• Administration multiple windows and non-windows server roles/features comprising file server, cloud system, linux, update servers and relevant infra and application servers.
• Collaborating with solution team to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions, ability to design, modify and improve existing systems instances, deploy cloud-based systems.
• Ensures systems smooth and efficient, ensure efficient function of cloud data storage and process accordance with company security policies and best practices in cloud security. e.g., identify, analyse, and resolve infra. vulnerabilities and application deployment issues, regularly review of existing systems and make recommendations for improvements.
• Be part of the monitoring by ensuring system performance, uptime, scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful design. Performing upgrade and maintenance check when it is required.
• Oversee and administer a variety of server products and services, especially the cloud server and services, virtualization systems, patch management systems, SSO, etc.
• Manage, develop and define system standard operating procedure (sop), ensure process is followed, up-to-date documentation, comply with internal and external audit requirements.
• Supervise compute operations ensuring servers and cloud issues are properly managed and documented.
• Interact with clients, provide cloud support, and make recommendations based on clients needs.
• Take part in DR /backup events, involve in planning of availability, disaster recovery and backup recovery when needed
• Keep track of report, keep reporting manager informed with regular reports.

Skills:

• Familiar with Microsoft, Azure & AWS networking systems
• Relevant hands on experience with cloud implementation previously

Qualifications:

• knowledge and experience in managing servers, Active Directory, Data centre hosting, Azure and AWS cloud administration.
• Server and cloud certification preferred.
• Experience in designing cloud system environment, able to manage cloud resource with automation, able to troubleshoot and having analytical skills.
• Work experience in supporting MNC environment, or APAC region.
• Minimum 4-6 years' experience supporting relevant compute (cloud, servers) areas.
• Some knowledge in scripting a plus.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Client management skills.
• Min in computer graduate or in similar field.
