Job Description
Location: 5B Toh Guan Road East, Mapletree Logistics Hub, Singapore 608829
Duration: 16 Dec 2024 to 3 Jan 2025 (Subject to extension)
Working Day: Monday to Friday
Working Shift: 9am - 6pm
Job Scope:
- Safely dismantle, move, and relocate bins from one area to another across both floors within the fulfilment centre.
- Ensure proper labeling and handling of bins to avoid confusion or misplaced items.
- Install bins into shelving units in a precise and organized manner according to different classifications.
- Follow guidelines for storage optimization and ensure that bins are securely positioned.
- Maintain shelving units to ensure bins always remain stable and accessible.
- Assist with various ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager to support warehouse operations.
- Job Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with continuous walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Must be comfortable working long hours on your feet
- Capable of lifting and carrying items up to 25 kg with proper lifting techniques (Team lifting for items
- Must adhere to all health and safety regulations, including wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safe working practices.
- Able to maintain focus and productivity in a physically demanding environment with repetitive tasks.
