The Warehouse Coordinator will support the Warehouse Supervisor in the full spectrum of warehouse activities. The individual works independently with dedication and has a sense of urgency to meet deadlines. The individual also adopts a service excellence mindset and is passionate about addressing organizational and customers\' needs and issues.Responsibilities

• Promptly handle customer enquiries
• Perform administrative support for order fulfilment and deliveries
• Data entry and order processing
• Update Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Ensure compliance with customers\' Standard Operating Procedures
• Coordinate with import and export operations, to ensure accuracy in documentations and invoicing
• inform all discrepancies to respective customer via email
• Filing of all incoming documents
• Conduct cycle count, annual stock take
• Assist the supervisor in the issuance of delivery notes and ensure proper documentations and record
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as and when assigned by the Manager

Requirement

• GCE \'O\' Level/ Higher Nitec or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of warehousing-related experience
• Possess forklift licence is an added advantage
• Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines
• Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with customers
