URGENT!WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT(West OR East/Full Time/Gross UP to $2.7k/5DAYS/AWS/VB)

:

\xc2\xb7 Work Location: Tuas or Changi Airbase

\xc2\xb7 Work Days: 5Day Work Week (inc weekends)

\xc2\xb7 Salary range: UP to $2,700

\xc2\xb7 Possess Class 3 Driving and Forklift Licence will be a plus

\xc2\xb7 Handle and manage customer day-to-day operation demands, ensuring any issues/matters are follow through in a timely fashion until closure.

\xc2\xb7 Ensuing email correspondence are properly addressed, and critical correspondence are filed for future reference.

\xc2\xb7 Together with the Executive in charge, ensure warehouse space are efficiently utilise and forecast for future needs. This include daily checks on ops team, ensuring stocks are stored in the most effective and safe manner.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure inventory accuracy (i.e. System location match actual, proper labelling, perform regular cycle count of stock) by performing cycle stock count with Ops team.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare required monthly reports and submit such reports in a timely fashion (eg. space utilisation report, inventory aging report, KPI report, manpower status report).

\xc2\xb7 When required, prepare monthly billings details and submit to Executive in charge.

\xc2\xb7 Enforce Ops team discipline in compliance with Company and Regulatory SOP (i.e. QEHS, Safe Work Practices) and work space are neat and tidy.

\xc2\xb7 Attend to any periodic Audit checks, provide all request information in a timely fashion, address any queries raise by auditors and implement corrective measures promptly in areas highlighted by auditors (if any).

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 A strong sense of responsibility and accountability, willing to take ownership.

\xc2\xb7 Able to communicate well across different levels.

\xc2\xb7 Able to function under a stressful environment and handle difficult customers/situation.

\xc2\xb7 Be a good team player, recognizing inter-dependability is a strong factor for success.

\xc2\xb7 Have knowledge of SAP or related supply chain warehouse management system preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Possess forklift license preferred

\xc2\xb7 Min. 3 years in supply chain or Logistics industries.

\xc2\xb7 Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
