We're rethinking homes for how people really live, and we're looking for a US Email Marketing Intern to join our Marketing Growth & Intelligence Team to help shape the future of living-one thoughtful detail at a time.
From strategy to storytelling, Marketing powers brand and business growth at Castlery.
You will play a pivotal role in setting up and executing email marketing for the US market. You will also be collaborating cross functionally with different teams to launch successful email campaigns that helps our customers build their dream space to thrive in.
For this internship, we will require you to commit 5 working days per week for a minimum of 4 months, with the option to extend.
What you'll be doing:

• Support email marketing calendar planning and content strategy
• Set up, manage and collect data from newsletters and CRM campaigns
• Perform competitors research to identify new opportunities and best practices to adopt
• Support A/B tests to identify opportunities and cater to business needs

What you need to succeed:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Able to analyze data, generate insights, and recommend actionable next steps.
• Interest in email marketing and campaign execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong cross-stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Adaptable and able to manage changing priorities while balancing short-term tasks and long-term initiatives.
