Job Description

Responsibilities

Work with the team on digital products (including websites, mobile devices and apps) with intuitive user experiences through research, concept ideation, wire framing, sketching, rapid product prototyping and user interface design

Improve product design iteratively by identifying and fixing issues from business, user, visual, and technical perspectives

Organise user research, user testing, project evaluation and propose solutions to optimise customer experience

Communicate concepts and work collaboratively with project team in order to develop the most efficient design schemas

Requirements

Highly proficient in Sketch and Adobe xD, and other multimedia software on MAC platform with impeccable design fundamentals (type, image, colour)

Experience with prototyping platforms such as flinto a plus

Basic knowledge in HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, Drupal, app development tools will definitely be an advantage

Experience in UI/UX design among digital products, websites and mobile apps

Experience in turning complex problems and into simple and engaging customer experiences

Understanding of user experience, information architecture, interaction design and visual design

Experience in wire-framing and prototyping tools

Working in an agile environment

Able to convey messages and information through UI design, with high level of visual expression aesthetic standard, as well as strong and flexible utilisation in design, including structure, lines, colour and space

Be a good team player with strong motivation to drive the project
