Responsibilities
Assist in the setup and coordination of operations for our Direct-to-Customer (DTC) and Third-party (O2O) channels
Support the team in maintaining a smooth user experience across our app, online ordering, in-store and delivery platforms
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns e.g. upload & review of app banners
Monitor user journeys and help flag any operational issues or drop-offs
Assist in responding to customer enquiries and ensuring prompt follow-up
Help track performance of campaigns or user engagement, and assist in generating reports
* Support in various team projects, including ad hoc tasks as required
