Responsibilities
Conduct daily checks to ensure the attraction is maintained and operating in its best working condition at all times.
Report any defects to the respective Attraction In-Charge and relevant departments.
Lead the team in performing housekeeping schedules and assigned duties.
Ensure general cleanliness of front-of-house and back-of-house areas in attraction.
Welcome and provide excellent guest service to all guests
Perform the role of usher or crowd controller at attractions.
Actively participate in the implementation of activities organized at attractions.
Monitor stock level of consumables,ensure the safety of guests at all times.
Manage guests during attraction downtime or in emergency situations.
Requirements
Experience in Tourism, Hospitality or any other customer service-related industry.
Strong customer service skills, engaging and service oriented.
Meticulous with a strong sense of safety awareness
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,500.00 per month
