& Requirements
Experience in Reverse Osmosis, WFI, clean steam, and other critical utilities systems
Lead and manage change control on project activities for new utility equipment like RO, WFI
knowledge in the operation and maintenance of utility equipment
leading investigation for deviation raised in Trackwise in the areas of critical utilities
Perform in-depth troubleshooting for equipment failure or operation issues for critical utilities
Responsible for the day-to-day monitoring/operation and preventive/ad-hoc repair and maintenance of all utility systems including coordinating instrumentation calibration
Operate and maintain all utilities systems. i.e. RO/DI water, water for injection(WFI)& wastewater system, clean steam, CIP chemical storage system and process gaseous, Chillers, Boiler to support manufacturing operations
Perform all manual charging and other operating activities under the proper standard SO
Achieve the agreed department targets on safety, health, and environmental performance
Ensure compliance with HSE policy and standards by training and coaching
Perform all activities in accordance with cGMP
Make continuous improvements on routing work through operation excellence project and team
Ensure cleanliness and tidiness at the workplaces via the continuous 5S practices
Monitor facilities and utilities systems via BAS/PCS and attend to alarms
About you:
Years of Experience : 4-7 years of experience.
Able to work independently, meticulous and analytical with excellent problem-solving skills
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Willing to do overtime if needed
