Utility Technician (Maintenance/ GMP/ Pharma)
6 Months Contract
Location: Gul Circle
Up to $4,000 depending on experience
Industry: Pharmaceutical
Our client aims at creating a new manufacturing concept consisting of a new generation of evolutive multi-product facilities, modular, adaptable, and agile, leveraging new disruptive technologies, to better address vaccine business challenges.
Responsibilities:

• Provides technical support in respect to operation of utility systems and maintenance of process and utilities equipment.
• Identify, prioritize and rectify equipment breakdown in a safe, efficient and cost-effective manner.
• Daily routine task operating, recording, and monitor utility systems for boiler, chiller, cooling tower, air compressor, compressor dryer and AHU system.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance assigned by maintenance planner
• Coordinate with external vendor for contract maintenance of the above utility
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance efficiently and effectively for process and utilities equipment and building facilities.
• Responsible for notifying immediate supervisor in a timely manner on deficiencies or anomalies observed during maintenance
• Play a pro-active role in ensuring the HSE standards & Life Savings Rule are adhered to.
• Embraced Zero Incident Mindset and adopt the responsible of HSE protection policies and Life Saving Rules (LSR).
• Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Higher NITEC/ Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics
• Experience in servicing of utility
• Good communication with external vendor
• Stand by for off office hour in case there is emergency utility break down
