Job Description

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Statistics, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science,or any other related fields Strong research and analytical skills; Experience working with data is a plus, either as a User Experience Researcher or Designer in a similar role Preferably a portfolio showcasing user research, usability testing, and interface design work Familiarity and proficiency in user research methodologies, usability testing tools, and design software (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) Strong interest in user experience design and having a user-centered mindset

Responsibilities:

User Research:

Assist in planning and conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability studies to gather valuable insights into user needs and behaviors when interacting with robots and digital interface. Communicate research findings effectively to help drive design improvements of our products
Usability Testing:

Collaborate in the design of wireframe mockup and execution of usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness of robot interfaces Participate in identifying usability issues and suggesting improvements
Design:

Contribute to the development of information architecture and user flows for robot interfaces Collaborate with the design team to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups

Contract length: 3 - 6 months

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per month
