ComfortDelGro Taxi, as it\xe2\x80\x99s known today, is a leading taxi company in Singapore that provides affordable and fuss-free point-to-point services \xe2\x80\x93 be it street hail or booking \xe2\x80\x93 across Singapore. With a wealth of experience from managing a fleet of 10,000 taxis, to operating both booking and street hailing services, we are more than equipped to train anyone who likes the flexibility that taxi-driving brings become a cabby.Job Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth user research to understand user behaviours, needs, and pain points
• Collate research findings
• Maintain information architecture for digital products, ensuring logical and seamless user journeys
• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing results
• Collaborate with the UI design team to create visually appealing and cohesive user interfaces
• Apply consistency in design language and branding across all digital platforms
• Conduct usability testing sessions to gather valuable feedback
• Use testing insights to propose improved designs
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Portfolio Showcasing UX or design projects
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or related tools
• Interest in UX design
• Willing to learn
