Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and determine the purity (karat level), weight, and overall condition of gold items. Conduct thorough valuations and present competitive offers to customers. Verify the authenticity of gold and other valuable items to prevent fraudulent transactions. Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns related to valuations in a prompt and professional manner. Ensure a clean, organized, and safe environment for both customers and staff. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. Drive sales by identifying opportunities in both retail and pawn transactions, and successfully closing deals. Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Perform general administrative tasks related to appraisals, record-keeping, and customer service. * Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure efficient daily operations.
