• Provide valuation for all types of properties in Singapore
• Carry out site inspections, prepare valuation reports and ensure timely completion of assignments
• Involved in business development to generate new business for the department

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate or equivalent qualification
• Candidate with no experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
• Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for a more senior position
• Analytical, meticulous and possessing good communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
