About the role

We are seeking a Vending Maintenance Technician to join our hardworking team in Singapore. As a full-time Vending Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring our network of vending machines are in optimal working condition to deliver a seamless experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

Perform regular inspections, maintenance and repairs on vending machines to identify and resolve any issues Restock and replenish vending machine supplies such as sandwiches, beverages, and coins Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with vending machines promptly Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and machine performance Collaborate with the wider operations team to ensure vending machines are operating efficiently across our Singapore network Recommend improvements to vending machine functionality and user experience

What we're looking for

Must have Class 2B AND Class 3 driving license (Vehicle and Bike provided by company)

Proven experience as a vending machine technician or in a similar maintenance role Strong technical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues Excellent customer service orientation and ability to liaise with business customers Hands-on approach and willingness to perform physical work Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good time management and ability to work independently as well as part of a team Familiarity with health, safety and environmental regulations Required Skill(s): Painting, Light Brazing, Knowledge of Electronics and Refrigeration Must be willing to do relief shifts and take midnight shift as a delivery driver to restock vending machine when the need arises (not often) Preferably able to start immediately or within a short notice
