Family Description:
Creates, modifies and maintains supplier information in Oracle Supply Base module.
Performs supplier database cleanup regularly
Ensures global compliance with procedures and statutory requirements.
Ensures timely evaluation and action requests to meet business requirements.
Maintains and manages key relationships with internal customers, cross-functional teams globally.
Accountable for data quality, completeness, uniqueness and ownership of Vendor Master Data.
Assists in clarification of information required for request submission.
Provides feedback to request originator after request has been completed or rejected.
Increased visibility / audit ability across the Master Data processes.
Maintains Supplier Master Dashboard and SLA metrics
Schedule a call/meeting with supplier to verbally validate the company details before
onboarding and if there's a request for add/change of bank details in supplier master database.
Responsible in Monthly/Quarterly global reports, including audit reports base on process
controls.

Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree and 0+ years of related experience
OR equivalent combination of education and years of related experience
