Job Summary
We are looking for a committed Venture Development Intern to support the company\xe2\x80\x99s effort to drive our Asia-Pacific team forward. This is a highly strategic role that will give ambitious candidates the chance to directly impact the success of the company. As a Venture Development Intern, you will be reporting to the Director and work closely with other stakeholders to help identify business opportunities that will help the company achieve its strategic goals, and support the due diligence process.

Responsibilities

As our Venture Development Intern, you will support the team in identifying, evaluating, and pursuing new business opportunities, including expansion efforts and partnerships. You gain an inside perspective on internet ventures and build up deep functional expertise. You will be placed in a team of very motivated and talented individuals who are driving our business forward. Our Venture Development Internship is a unique opportunity to learn, experience and join a first-class team.

The following tasks will be part of your new role:

• You research new market opportunities act as a consultant to the management
• You analyse data to identify business growth opportunities, along with trends and patterns in Singapore and across Southeast Asia
• You take ownership of key projects to explore opportunities and add value to the business
• You are involved in the negotiation and execution of business development activities
• You will work with key stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects

• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and ideally experience with start-ups
• You are ambitious and keen on working in a high-performance environment
• You have a proven track record of getting things done. You have a hands-on mentality and can prioritize your tasks effectively and efficiently
• You are comfortable with Excel and data analysis
• You are a highly energetic, self-motivated and results-driven person who takes full ownership of your responsibilities
