An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced, self-driven, and highly entrepreneurial individual with C-level expertise in managing high-growth deep tech startups. We are seeking a Venture Partner to join our client\'s team and play a critical role in incubating new ventures while providing active support to portfolio companies.

As a Venture Partner, you will serve as a player-coach, executing and managing various stages of startup incubation, advising and guiding entrepreneurial founders, and supporting the evaluation of new investments.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in crafting compelling visions and business plans, leveraging problem statements, market opportunities, talent, and proprietary technologies. Experience in developing and executing strategies for high-growth deep tech startups, building teams and fostering startup culture, as well as fundraising and governance of early-stage ventures, is essential.

As a Venture Partner, you should be comfortable across multiple technical/scientific disciplines, adept at synthesizing complex information, and excel in clear and concise communication. Operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you should possess a strong and authentic passion for realizing high-growth ventures based on deep science and disruptive technologies that can create transformative positive impact worldwide.

Requirement

• Advanced degree in a scientific or engineering discipline from a top-tier academic institution, preferably a PhD or Master.
• Extensive experience collaborating with leading specialists in scientific and engineering fields.
• 15+ years of deep tech sector experience as an operator and/or investor, with at least 7 years in C-level positions (CEO, COO, CTO, CBO, CPO, CCO) at deep tech startups.
• Proven track record of creating successful businesses, ideally taking concepts to market or achieving successful exits.
• Strong background in deep tech venture capital fundraising, with established networks in the U.S.
• Previous experience in governance of early-stage deep tech ventures, including board observer roles and ideally serving as a board director.
• Global experience in relevant industries.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Creative and proactive problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on execution.
• Exceptional analytical skills to extract insights from technical information and data from multiple sources.
• Results-oriented, highly organized, and disciplined.
• Ability to multitask, engage with diverse stakeholders, and maintain high energy levels.
