Our Plug and Play APAC team is searching for a Ventures Operations Associate to be based in Singapore. The Ventures Operations Associate builds and maintains relationships with our portfolio companies and investors in our network, oversees the execution of portfolio assistance and fundraising activities, plans and executes investor related activities.

Duties and Responsibilities
Portfolio Management

• Builds and maintains relationships with our portfolio companies
• Oversee portfolio management activities such as collecting updates, updating portfolio trackers, management reporting
• Oversee active assistance rendered to portfolio companies in terms of business development, fundraising and advisory

• Builds and maintains relationships with investors within or outside of our network
• Executes on investor network related activities
• Actively engage our network of investors

• Conceptualizing and planning of internal projects
• Oversee the execution of internal projects

• Graduate with degree in Business, Communications or related fields
• Strong project management, operational, organizational and coordination skills with high attention to details
• Strong internal and external communicator with good interpersonal skills to build relationships with startups and investors
• Ability to set targets and work independently with minimum supervision
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and constant change
• Outgoing, can-do attitude, strategic thinker, and passion for new products and solutions
• Start-up ecosystem, project management, investor relationship management and portfolio management experience is a plus
