Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and maintain all installation and facilities in the hall (performance venues)

Monitor all equipment used in the PAC, e.g. the piano, music stands, conductor\'s stand, sound system, lighting system, air-conditioning system.

Liaise with internal or external users on the usage of venue, logistics etc, to ensure the smooth running of the events

Training of ushers in ushering audience via evacuation routes in the case of emergency

Has attained: o Certificate in Basic Fire Safety and Certificate in Audio Sound System or equivalent or other related certifications

Has experience in: o Management of a performance venue that hosted events by professional performance groups;

o Stage, sound and lighting setup for performing arts groups, eg. Symphonic band, Chinese orchestra, choir, dance etc
