Minimum 5 to 10 years of work experience in Veritas Enterprise Vault (EV).
Work experience in the below EV components is mandatory.
Email Archival.
SMTP Journaling.
File Server Archiving (FSA).
Cluster / SQL experience.
Hands-on experience on Enterprise Vault (EV) / Exchange background.
Handled EV Severity 1 issues independently or as a team.
Excellent knowledge of the IT environment and its future trends
Ability to communicate complex technical contents plainly and simply
Strong consulting skills, flexibility, and resourcefulness
Exposure to Customers Globally
Strong knowledge of ITIL Processes.
Certifications in relevant technologies
This Backup administrator(L3) performs daily operations in a distributed environment to backup, recover and archive company information.
Supporting and troubleshooting backup, recovery and archiving in a large, complex and widely distributed environment of escalated & critical issues.
Perform daily monitoring and management of the backup solution implemented across the Infrastructure facilities as per pre-defined policies & procedures.
Execute & troubleshoot escalated restore jobs, and failed jobs, and initiate corrective action.
Provide status and progress reports for backup environment-related activities and tasks on a regular/periodic basis.
Track backup resource capacity on daily basis and inform leads through reports.
