• Have and further develop an in-depth understanding of the local Life Science/Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industries, including local market dynamics, operational needs and constraints, regulatory nuances, and competitive landscape.
• Lead a team and adhere and participate in sales activities including pre-bid reviews, risk management, bid preparation and ensure proper sales-to-project hand over of secured orders
• Hold responsibility for meeting sales order and revenue, based on the assigned team targets

\xc2\xb7 Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts, amidst intricate organizational hierarchies and become a trusted advisor for our customers and stakeholders in the assigned industries

• Understand customers business processes, drivers and develop strategic account plan to support the digital transformation journey of the account.
• Growing Share of Wallet: Expand existing and new customer relationships by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our solutions and services business
• Articulate Siemens value propositions within the Life Science/Pharma and Healthcare spaces, that resonates with diverse stakeholders with an added focus on digitalization and sustainability
• Adopt and leverage internal sales tools to maximize sales effectiveness, provide accurate sales forecasting and enable data driven decision making
• Engage in industry association working groups, to develop domain expertise and represent Siemens as a thought leader in the assigned industries.
• Work closely with relevant internal stakeholders, including Finance and Operations.
• Ensure teams strong compliance to Siemens Business Conduct Guidelines

You excel in

• More than 5 years of sales experience in any building services, specializing in Life Science/Pharmaceutical industry or Healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of the design and operational requirements of Life Science/Pharmaceutical, including industry standards, critical environment processes & regulations, value chains, etc, or Understanding of the design and operational requirements of Hospitals in Singapore, including industry standards, regulations and workflows

\xc2\xb7 Strong relationship with various stake holders including end users, developers, consultants, builders, facilities managers, general/specialist contractors and related Government agencies

• Possess a Degree in Business / Engineering or equivalent
• Appreciates collaboration and ability to communicate effectively in cross-collaboration opportunities
• Growth mindset and able to embrace a consultative selling approach
