Welcome international candidates!Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of solution architecture for our Enterprise transportation sector, encompassing land, aviation, and sea.
  • Oversee integration and service delivery for presales leads and projects, including account insights, design, planning, implementation, and service migration.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for CXO and technical director-level customers and subcontractors to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and to drive market penetration and development.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in ICT infrastructure support and administrative roles.
  • Proven ability to influence and negotiate effectively with senior-level client management.
  • Strong understanding of IT strategy and the challenges faced by CIOs in their decision-making processes.
  • Proficiency in HCI (Hyper-Converged Infrastructure), backup solutions, storage management, server architecture, and disaster recovery best practices.
  • Solid experience in Datacom and network solutions including routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and firewalls.
  • Familiarity with vertical markets, particularly in government and financial sectors.
  • Knowledge of public cloud technologies such as OpenStack architecture, NFV, SDN architecture, routing protocols, and switching protocols.
  • Experience managing tender requests is advantageous.
  • Strong consultative solution selling skills with the ability to align client business needs with appropriate solutions.
  • Capable of balancing strategic initiatives with tactical execution to optimize coverage and develop a predictable revenue stream.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with partners to drive additional revenue.
  • Bilingual capability - proficient with English and conversational Chinese for Chinese stakeholders and customers.
