Support Operations team, coordinating with various parties like ship masters, ship brokers, bunker traders, port agents, marine surveyors on day-to-day operation matter to ensure voyages run smoothly
Check and update operations data in the system for Operations team analysis, decision making and reporting
Preparation of business summary, BL collection, tallying of financial statement and following up of outstanding issues with relevant parties
Maintain repetitive communication formats, reports and data on computer as advised by Operations / Vessel Manager
Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Job Requirement

Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies or related field
Must be enrolled in a SG Polytechnic or University during the internship and doing a credit-bearing internship (20 weeks: 12/01/26 - 29/05/26)
Good time management and independent
Good communication skills and positive attitude
Able to work in a team-working environment
Fluent in English and Mandarin: to liaise with Mandarin-speaking personnel and view documents/communications in Mandarin
