MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicate with vessel Masters and Chief Engineers to ensure timely and accurate submission of fuel, speed, and voyage performance data.
Follow up with vessels, vendors, and class societies for closure of open items such as EU ETS / MRV / DCS submissions, data verification, and EUA certificate issuance.
Assist in preparing and updating weekly vessel performance reports and highlight vessels requiring follow-up or corrective actions.
Participate in and assist with monthly fleet performance meetings, recording key action points and ensuring follow-ups with concerned vessels or departments.
Support ship staff behavioral improvements towards data discipline and energy conservation by promoting best operational practices for vessels in port and at sea to enhance data accuracy and fuel efficiency.
Coordinate with verifiers and internal teams to maintain data quality, resolve discrepancies, and ensure full regulatory compliance.

Job Requirement

REQUIREMENTS

No prior experience required in the specific job role, relevant transferable skills from other industries are acceptable
Degree/Diploma in any discipline
Minimum 2 years of work experience in a mid-sized organization (any function);
Experience in ship management or maritime industry will be an advantage but not mandatory
Independent, self-starter with strong critical thinking, initiative, and teamwork skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to undergo structured on-the-job training
