We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking

Vice President, Artificial Intelligence & Data

to spearhead the organization's AI, data science, and data engineering strategy. This leadership role is instrumental in driving digital transformation and innovation across all business areas, from commercial to customer experience and operations.





As the head of the AI and Data function, you will lead a high-performing technical team, define the enterprise AI vision, and oversee the development of scalable data and AI systems that power business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute the company's AI and data strategy aligned with business goals. Oversee end-to-end development of AI and data platforms, ensuring scalability, governance, and resilience. Drive innovation in large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and intelligent agent architectures. Implement enterprise-wide MLOps/LLMOps best practices and ensure robust data engineering standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, technology vendors, and research partners to enhance capabilities. Provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence. Engage and manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring alignment across business units.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline; PhD preferred. Over 15 years of experience in data and AI domains, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles. Proven success in leading enterprise-scale AI and data initiatives, including LLMs and MLOps implementations. Strong understanding of cloud and distributed systems (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Experience in the aviation or travel tech industry is an advantage. Recognized thought leadership through publications, open-source contributions, or industry speaking engagements.
