Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Vice President, Asia Pacific Electrophysiology, Neurovascular, and Mentor. Learn more atPosition Overview:Responsible for CSS marketing and sales activities to achieve the business\' objectives. Ensures marketing and sales efforts maximize returns on assets while achieving strategic goals. Develops different business models, aligned with global strategies, that hold regional and local relevance to ensure success with a focus on critical business priorities, talent, and culture plans to grow the business.Key R esponsibilities:

  • Ensures strong alignment of APAC strategic priorities to CSS Global Franchise imperatives, driving execution of these priorities across the region.
  • Directs and coordinates critical processes across APAC related to business planning, marketing planning, portfolio management, life cycle management, market research, business performance tracking including P&L monitoring of the business units and geographies, product launch execution, and multichannel marketing.
  • Lead the implementation of world-class new product launches within APAC, ensuring strategic alignment and a rigorous application NPL processes and metrics to achieve sales and share growth targets.
  • Develops and directs/influences activities for the APAC CSS marketing and sales organization in accomplishing goals, objectives and strategies within business policies.
  • Responsible for developing best-in-class marketing teams with strong proficiency of skills, diverse experiences.
  • Establishes marketing and sales priorities across the region, aligned with global expectations.
  • Assesses marketing and sales opportunities through appropriate research.
  • Cultivates a close working relationship with associated departments, providing clear communication of new product and product improvement needs to help facilitate a smooth efficient new product development process.
  • Develops strong relationships with key customers and opinion leaders, medical associations, public authorities.
  • Prepares and oversees the marketing and sales budget and regular sales forecast revisions.
  • Directs and plans changes in the marketing and sales organization required for achievement of marketing and sales objectives.
  • Holds accountability for business results at APAC business unit level and drives the relevant reporting activities for APAC at the Global Franchise level.
  • Ensures Health Care Compliance and integrity principles are championed and actively practiced at every level of the organization.
Extended duties:Quantifies and ensures the quality, timeliness and cost-effective manner in which marketing programs are implemented. Allocates marketing resources behind the strategic imperatives to maximize impact. Coordinates product launch activities. Creates and directs communications, research and public relations plans to support the strategic plan. Develops and ensures adherence to annual budget. Conducts business activities in compliance with ethics and legal requirementsQualifications
  • Minimum of 12-14+ years of leadership experience with continuous & proven track record
  • Knowledge of the healthcare or medical device environment
  • Leadership of sizeable, diverse organization with track record of recruiting, developing and retaining talent
  • Global experience preferred
  • Market development or value/demand creation through experience with customer and market insights or through experience in marketing or other critical functions (e.g., sales, operations, R&D, finance, business development, etc.)
