We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President, Business Finance - Partnering and Insight.

Principal Responsibilities

• Production, collation and issuance of Wealth & Private Bank Actuals and Flash results to business and finance stakeholders, along with ongoing development to drive continuous improvement, efficiency and accuracy, leveraging resources where possible
• Lead and support country and region business strategic cost management activities ensuring cost targets are achieved and appropriate level of rigor is applied to achieve sustainable cost save targets
• Tracking of sustainable saves, cost monitoring and control, maintain appropriate cost allocation for Product Profitability Analysis and ensure adherence to WPB global cost management framework
• Lead and provide support in delivering reliable business forecasts and insights for the Annual Planning process (FRP) and Monthly/Quarterly Forecast Process
• Insights on Cost to Serve / Cost to Acquire for Customer Segments and Products

Requirements

• Academic degree from a recognized institution
• At least 5 years experience in banking/financial industry or any other related industry
• Excellent analytical capabilities with a commercial bias, and excellent grasp of commercial business drivers
• Strong Management Information background, both in terms of required content, production processes and understanding what drives the numbers reported. Understanding of key accounting concepts & principles is required
• Possess strong commercial acumen and drive , demonstrate proficiency in identifying significant internal and external business financial trends and issues with significant implications across business performance, and ability to provide suitable recommendations/solutions where applicable
• Proactive with a growth mindset, and able to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines
