Responsibilities Assist to analyze and provide insights on Regional Bancassurance results & business drivers Support to drive annual Bancassurance business planning, periodic forecast and report against plans Work with insurance partners and across multiple departments to build data sources for detailed partnership analysis Assist to develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met Evaluate current strategies, propose & drive initiatives to improve Bancassurance business Highlight financial opportunities and risks across the business, Conduct market analyses for insights and trends Facilitate best practice sharing forums to share best practices across countries Support insurance partnership & distribution strategy Assist to develop and present comprehensive presentation material for senior management Assist implementation of strategic initiatives and support other ad-hoc strategic initiativesRequirements: Bachelors' Degree qualification in Banking, Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline with 7 - 10 years of experience in or supporting banking and/or insurance industry Experience with MIS/financial reporting, systems, project management, planning and business analytics in banking/insurance industry preferred Have a ?get things done?
