Drive full procurement activity cycle from pre-qualification, tender, bid clarification and analysis, recommendation to award and contract compilation, within target timeline and cost
Engage with internal and external stakeholders and well as vendors to drive operational improvements
Develop, track and execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories and measure against Key Performance Indicator (KPI) such as price, delivery and technical compliance
Manage vendor contracts, day-to-day relationships, negotiate and secure competitive pricing
Execute procurement plans and strategy in compliance with relevant Group Policies and Guidelines
Basic Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and/or certified Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS), PMP will be an advantage
Minimum of 12 years professional work experience, of which 10 years in Procurement and minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams
In-depth knowledge of Corporate Real Estate category in facilities management (MEP, LEW, ACMV, plumbing & sanitary services, cleaning services, water treatment, fire protection, lift & escalator, BMS, UPS & generator) and data center facilities upgrade (BMS, Genset, CRAC, etc.).
Experience in office and branch fit-out, refurbishments and major building projects would be an advantage.
Excellent communication in both verbal and written and in engaging and managing stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and effective negotiation skills; good track record of pricing and contract management experience
Requires strong planning and organization skills to drive and manage multiple projects for on time and on cost delivery
