This position is flexible to be based in Indonesia, Singapore or Thailand.

The position is responsible for providing hotel operations support in finance with the objective of driving hotel performance and to work across the business organization as a business partner supporting operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving hotel top-line performance and improve hotel margins across the Asia region
• Conduct periodic and ad-hoc hotel performance reviews with Ex-com, commercial members and hotel teams
• Responsible for coordinating and reviewing of hotel budget and monthly forecast
• Responsible to conduct performance test management, hotel cashflow management and measure the impact on receivables
• Provide financial support for Hotel & Owner
• Act as a finance business partner to the operations department
• Responsible for talent development

• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in hotel finance functions
• Background in Hotel Operation Finance as Country / Regional or Director of Finance of a cluster hotel
• Strong expertise in Hotel Systems such as SUN, Opera, POS systems and Inventory systems
• Knowledge of USALI standards
• Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures
• Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Able to travel within the region
