• Develop and maintains Client relationships and determines which products best meet Clients' needs
• Pitch ideas to clients and bring back ideas to desk
• Trade and execute primary and secondary trades
• Assess market trends and provide quantitative data for clients
• Help originate, structure and model transactions
• Work with different teams to cross sell Global Market products

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required
• Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
• 5 years of experience in fixed income sales and/or trading orientated role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent thinker, reliable work ethic and willing to learn from experienced sales people
• Strong analytical skills and confident to take on a client facing role
• Thrive working in high pressure environments and able to communicate precisely under high pressure environment
• Detail oriented and can work accurately under time pressure
• Able to multi task and prioritize
