Provide support and advice to International Defence Business and the LOBs for the various Gated Reviews for program pursuits. Provide inputs for product development by the LOBs to ensure product competitiveness for markets of interest. Secure contracts and meet the IDB orders target. Customer & Partner Relations Identify and establish relationships with key government decision makers and operational users to promote the ST Engg presence and branding in markets of interest, create awareness of ST Engg capabilities and solutions, understand and shape user requirements and procurement plans. Develop access and channels to be kept abreast of tenders and UORs released by the authorities. Identify and support the establishment of partnerships with defence and security industry players in markets of interest, who can promote our solutions, support our localization efforts or be part of our supply chain in KSA. Identify, establish and manage our local consultancy network in markets of interest. Market Intelligence Develop an understanding of defence procurement requirements, plans and budgets, the defence procurement system, the defence industrial environment and eco-system, and our competitors in markets of interest. Develop market intelligence pertaining to user requirements, budget and competition for specific programs pursued by LOBs. Marketing and Liaison Functions Provide program liaison support and local advice to facilitate LOBs in pursuing and executing programs. Main local POC to coordinate ST Engg participation in defence exhibitions and events in markets Business Operations and Support Ensure coordinated workflow with multiple business units/ DBAs for related programmes and business activities. Implement, maintain and ensure timely update of the Customer Relationship Management System. Ensure reporting is completed to acceptable quality for the reporting cadence and any other form of written reports. Pre-requisites: Key desired attributes are the ability to work independently, driven by outcomes, initiative, and creativity. Business development and marketing experience in IB. Knowledge and understanding of global dynamics. Ability to engage and build relationships with international customers and partners. Intimate understanding of defence and public security industry and government procurement systems
