Identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities, including preparing board papers and financial models
Responsible for the structuring and executing of deal acquisitions
Project manage investment and divestment processes including participation in both auction and bilateral/ off-market transactions
Work with internal functional teams and external advisors on deal documentation and contracts; Conduct and coordinate legal, tax, technical & financial due diligence for assets to be acquired
Work closely with property managers and leasing agents to provide direction for and oversight of business plans, budgets, forecasts, leases and analysis for approvals.
Prepare, review and present asset performance reporting as part of quarterly and annual board meetings
Assisting the team in reviewing portfolio performance and formulating business plans for portfolio assets
Support or assist in reporting, investor communication & presentation
Assisting with Investor Relations, e.g., investor pitchbook preparation, queries on investment portfolio
Provide coaching and guidance to the analyst within the team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Business, Economics, Accountancy, Finance, Real Estate Management or equivalent from a good university
At least 10 years of relevant working experience. Experience in real estate private equity/investment management will be an added advantage
Good report writing skills
Strong verbal, financial modelling and presentation skills
Independent and able to work under tight deadlines
