As a key area of growth globally for ING, ING Corporate Finance offers a one-stop-shop solution for Mergers & Acquisitions and Debt Capital Advisory. Our Corporate Finance team in Asia are based in offices across Singapore, Manila and Hong Kong. With our sector focused approach, we bring deep domain expertise across global industries such as TMT, Healthcare, Energy, Financial Institutions, and Transport and Logistics. As we further build our Corporate Finance capabilities across the APAC region, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals with the attitude and skillset to be part of a highly dynamic and driven advisory team.Your ResponsibilitiesProvide support for origination efforts across various sectors and countriesAssist senior team members in originating and marketing initiativesLead the development and drafting of marketing materialsProvide support and day-to-day leadership on all aspects of transaction executionOversee day-to-day and manage execution of Corporate Finance mandatesLead the development and drafting of required presentations, documents and financial analysis, including but not limited to bid letters, information memoranda, management presentations, commercial aspects of transaction documents (where applicable) and complex financial modelsProvide direction, review and ensure work quality of junior team membersAssist in managing relationship with clients, buyers / investors, other professionals/advisers and relevant authoritiesTrain, mentor and play a critical role in the development of junior team membersAdhere to relevant ING policies, procedures and applicable regulatory requirements for Corporate Finance, including timely and satisfactory completion of required regulatory, licensing and Compliance training modulesClosely liaise and work together with other departments within ING to optimally service clients and source opportunities, including but not limited to Sector, Coverage, Debt Capital Market, Structured Acquisition Finance, Financial Markets and Sustainability FinanceYour ProfileBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree holder, ideally in Business, Economics, Finance, or Advance Mathematics with excellent results. A master\xe2\x80\x99s in Business is a plus but not required.Minimum 6 years of experience in Corporate FinanceStrong knowledge and experience in accounting, valuation, complex financial modelling, due diligence and transaction processesPossess strong analytical skills, methodical and keen attention to detailStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a high pressure environmentProven record of leading buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, fund raises or Independent Financial Advisory mandatesTMT and Energy sector knowledge and exposure is a plusSelf-motivated individual and confident team player with a high degree of initiative and willingness to share knowledgeExcellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
