Core Responsibilities:
Develop new customers and to expand the companies' presence in international markets.
Build and maintain relationships with international distributors to drive sales and achieve business targets.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, market share, and profitability to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, logistics and marketing to ensure seamless execution of operations and increase visibility of the companies' products in international markets.
Provide regular reports and updates to chairman on international market developments, and business performance.
Conduct financial analysis to assess the profitability of international ventures.
Implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs. To reduce operational costs and increase capacity using the current facilities and low-cost investment items
Achieve production plan on a weekly and monthly basis and ensure customer service remains at 99.99 per cent availability
Requirements:
Degree / Masters in Business Administration a related field with at least 20 years of experience within the FMCG industry (International).
Strong business acumen and understanding of global market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape in the FMCG industry.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing export strategies, expanding market reach, and achieving sales targets. International markets expansion.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills and build relationships with international partners.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel internationally as required to meet clients, attend trade shows and explore new business opportunities.
