Job Description

You will be reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and working with department heads, as well as various stakeholders, to drive high healthcare standards and patient experience for OUELH Group.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute the OUE Lippo Healthcare Standards and related SOPs
• Develop and roll out the OUE Lippo Healthcare Patient Experience Framework
• Prepare an annual strategic plan with the department heads, as well as various stakeholders, to implement initiatives related to healthcare standards, patient experience, patient safety, and clinical quality improvement
• Perform continuous monitoring and evaluation of the standards and ensure the Group is acting on identified gaps
• Build and create a quality and innovative culture within the Group
• Support the planning and development of innovation projects
• Work closely with and assist stakeholders and subsidiaries
• Set up various communication channels of the healthcare standards and patient experience indicators
• Conduct and provide support in training and workshops

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or Nursing
• At least eight years of experience in healthcare; helming work related to quality, risk & process improvement, clinical audits, operations, customer relations, consulting, or internal audit role
• Attention to detail and compliance, strong risk operational skills in ensuring processes are captured for regular audit and compliance
• Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to be able to communicate with business units in China to effectively deliver responsibilities related to business operations in China.
• Experience in working in a multi-disciplinary team
• Proven network relationships in interacting with multiple stakeholders
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Effectively bilingual (English and Chinese)
• Willing to travel as and when required
