As an owner and long-term investor, Temasek is constantly building and strengthening our institution by implementing and experimenting with new ways of working and team organisation, to ensure we stay nimble and responsive in a rapidly changing business environment.

Since 2018, we have successfully piloted AGILE SCRUM team structures and methodologies (teaming practices) in some of our investment and institutional projects (working on business/ strategy in a non-tech environment ). For the next phase of our journey, we look to broaden the adoption of these agile-inspired principles and practices across the firm, to support the delivery of our business and institutional goals.

As part of the strategic project team within Organisation Development (OD), you will:

  • be an Agile team and change coach for some of our existing teams, and
  • work on the ongoing development and roll out of our teaming principles and practices to the rest of the firm.
We are looking for a creative, knowledgeable, resourceful, and driven candidate who can energise, create momentum, and execute on our teaming strategy. The ideal candidate can deal with ambiguity and drive outcomes. Someone with a passion for building strong and effective teams, enabling and motivating teams to solve problems and achieve business objectives.

Your will be our...

Teaming and Change Coach
  • Support existing teams\' day-to-day agile processes and ensure effective adoption of teaming principles and practices
  • Leverage Agile and Scrum Master expertise to implement agile-inspired teaming principles, tools and practices across a variety of team structures
  • Facilitate workshops and conduct training on a variety of Agile topics, leveraging toolkits and internally developed content to equip team members
  • Guide production of teaming artefacts, coordinate ceremonies, facilitate other agile processes and logistics
  • Think creatively to support the team and help them achieve their desired business / strategic outcomes.
Teaming and Change Programme Manager
  • Support the ongoing development of existing teaming practices and principles to enhance our operating model.
  • Help design and execute relevant change strategies and/or plans for the ongoing roll-out of our teaming practices and principles to the rest of the firm.

You will have the following qualifications & experience...
  • Bachelor\'s Degree
  • Agile SCRUM certification or equivalent will be preferred
  • Min. 12 years of work experience with 5 years of Agile delivery experience in business, strategy and/or technology related industry
  • Individuals with less than 5 years\' agile-specific experience may also be considered if you have 5 or more years\' experience as a leadership or team coach
  • Relevant experience managing organizational change initiatives
  • Proficiency with Office 365 productivity suite including Zoom, Teams
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Trello or similar Kanban style tools
  • Proficiency with Invision or another collaboration / whiteboarding tools.
