PURPOSEDevelop and communicate business strategies to achieve sustainable APE, VNB and NB CSM growth across assigned Southeast Asia markets. Enhance distribution, product, and financial performance in the assigned SEA markets to drive margin, customer growth, profitability, and value creation. Build and deploy a top-tier actuarial team for senior management roles within business units. Provide support to the Senior Managing Director for Southeast Asia and Chief Growth Officer on Board matters, department affairs, and group-wide initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCEProfessional qualification in Actuarial Science or related discipline At least 15 years of total working experience or possession of EXCO experience in and/or business unit of a listed company Significant functional leadership experience in Distribution, Financial, or Strategy areas within insurance business units

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLSGood knowledge of Insurance business and insurance market in Asia Wide knowledge of industry issues including economic and regulatory influences. Strategic orientation with keen customer focus with strong analytical capabilities and aptitude to distil and interpret key facts and actions required Strong relationship management skills with demonstrated capabilities in dealing with people from different cultures Knowledge of business plans and operating models. Strong financial services market knowledge, with particular emphasis on financial management, sales, distribution management and proposition design. * The individual must have strong PowerPoint skills
