Enhance Financial Advisors\' product knowledge by building awareness and understanding of cash management and lending products.
Work closely with Financial Advisors to analyse their client base, identify and seize business opportunities, and drive growth in cash management and lending revenue.
Develop and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities to achieve Private Banking goals, including production, balances, revenue, Advisor participation, and other key metrics.
Build a reputation for excellence by delivering high-quality execution and gaining the trust of Financial Advisors to fully explore cash management and lending opportunities.
Create and present innovative solutions for structuring client transactions, offering constructive alternatives as needed.
Collaborate with Associate Private Bankers to support Financial Advisors and their clients with Private Banking products, solutions, distribution, and service.
Serve as the subject matter expert for Financial Advisors, Branch staff, and clients on Private Banking products and services.
Analyze the competitive landscape and develop strategies to retain existing clients and attract new business.
Develop and execute product marketing strategies in partnership with Branch Management and the Financial Advisor team.
Communicate effectively with Financial Advisors, Branch Managers, Branch staff, and Product partners to support Private Banking initiatives.

Minimum 8 to 12 years of successful experience in business development within lending at an investment, commercial, or private bank.
Expertise in credit products including credit cards, residential mortgages, home equity lines of credit, securities-based loans, high net worth tailored lending products, and commercial credit facilities.
Proven ability to assess and understand the financial needs of a diverse range of clients.
Demonstrated experience in new business development and origination of lending products.
Formal credit training is strongly preferred.
A bachelor\'s degree is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
