Job Purpose

This position reports to Head, Group Insurance. This key role is a subject matter expert in management of provider network team and collaborate with Third Party Administrator (TPA), vendors to support overall department strategy. This role will also be responsible for customer experience team.

The Job

\xc2\xb7 Front enquiries and provide resolutions to claim matters/service failure from TPAs/Vendors

\xc2\xb7 Lead negotiations with TPAs/vendors to support the business units in securing the new business and maintenance of existing policy

\xc2\xb7 Build rapport with all key TPAs and Vendors

\xc2\xb7 Main contact for coordinating with TPAs/vendors for the updated panel listing and claim analysis reporting.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor and track TPAs performance by setting SLAs

\xc2\xb7 Conduct annual outsourcing review with all TPAs/vendors

\xc2\xb7 Review existing agreements and negotiate/implement new contracts with TPAs/vendors

\xc2\xb7 Implement robust performance management framework to benchmark TPAs

\xc2\xb7 Work with TPAs on new initiatives and projects to meet the market needs.

\xc2\xb7 As part of the leadership team, work with key stakeholders to proactively shape the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s culture and conduct environment that is aligned to the organization\xe2\x80\x99s Core Values

\xc2\xb7 Champion culture and conduct behavioral expectations within the Department/Division

\xc2\xb7 Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.

\xc2\xb7 Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.

Qualifications

Our Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Tertiary degree or equivalent industry qualifications

\xc2\xb7 Candidate with Group Insurance and experience in supervisory function will be an added advantage

\xc2\xb7 Good time management, analytical skills, meticulous and pro-activeness

\xc2\xb7 Task and result oriented and a good team player

\xc2\xb7 Detailed and able to work independently and under pressure

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft office

\xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrates alignment with the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s core values through expected behaviours
