About the Department

The Finance and Corporate Services function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.

Corporate Real Estate Services

We manage and administer matters relating to real estate on behalf of the Group. These include lease management, facilities management, as well as security and general service matters.

Job Responsibilities

• Support transformation and alignment of processes and procedures across the regions (Asean)
• Review, perform gap analysis and alignment of processes and procedures including resources
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders/teams in CRES to embark on this track
• Benchmark, identify, propose and implement new approaches and solutions to improve processes
• Review and understand how strategic plans shape countries financials in corporate real estate
• Setup monthly cadence with countries and track and report status of transformation to management
• Support CRES data analytics journey and continuous process improvement
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree in accountancy or business or a relevant discipline
• 7-9 years of working experience with similar capacity
• Well conversant with MS Office
• Ability to initiate, drive discussion and excellent communication skills
• Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities
• Must be hands on and able to multi-task and at the same time be an effective team player
• Knowledge of analytics tool such as PowerBI as well as SAP ERP system will be an advantage
