We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President, Reinsurance.

Principal Responsibilities

• The role will report to Head of Reinsurance for Singapore
• Analyse and design reinsurance solution that address needs from the local operation, with goal to optimize capital at the insurance group, and the banking group level
• Develop and maintain monitoring RI results across all business units \xe2\x80\x93 Life, Health, GI (with GI being run-off)
• Supporting the pricing / product teams with treaty procurement and design
• Ensuring best practices of RI data management across all line of business
• Streamlining, and maintain the reporting process for RI premium and claims provisions
• Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory requirements w.r.t. reinsurance program for the entity
• Addressing queries from reinsurers, and group stakeholders

Requirements

• Graduate in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, or related fields of study
• Strong knowledge of (re)insurance concepts
• Strong IT knowledge: Excel, VBA, Python
• 8 to 10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in actuarial/reinsurance roles
